Now here is a good news for all the fatty people who are very much
concious about their health and fitness. We always think that having
fat in the body is a big problem and it rather increases various
health related issues. It is true to a certain extent, but not fully.
Often it is seen that to reduce our excess weight and fat we accept a number of challenges like exercise , jogging, walking ,
eating the food with less calories etc. Even doctors suggest the fat
people to maintain a specific diet chart, to avoid oily or junk food
and to hit the gym to get a well toned body. But the days have
changed and there is a good news for the fleshy people. Studies have
proved that fatty people have more capabilities of fighting against
various critical diseases than their slimmer counterparts.
As per the scientific researches, the fat people have extra fat and
calories in their bodies which help them to fight against various
diseases. Studies have also proved that the people with high calories
are capable of fighting against the critical diseases like heart
problem, diabetes , high blood pressure and majority of them survive
from this diseases than the people with normal weight.
But it does not mean that having excess fat is not a problem. Excess
fat in the body makes a person inactive and lazy. Later it results in
an unfit body, full of health complications. So it is very necessary
to maintain a proper body index.
So as we have said having fat in the body is good but don't put on excessive fat. Eat healthy and live healthy.
